Nehemiah 8:9 ויאמר said נחמיה And Nehemiah, הוא which התרשׁתא the Tirshatha, ועזרא and Ezra הכהן the priest הספר the scribe, והלוים and the Levites המבינים that taught את העם the people, לכל unto all העם the people, היום day קדשׁ holy הוא This ליהוה unto the LORD אלהיכם your God; אל not, תתאבלו mourn ואל nor תבכו weep. כי For בוכים wept, כל all העם the people כשׁמעם when they heard את דברי the words התורה׃ of the law.
